Christopher Storc is the founder of Triage Communications. He served in the Air Force with Military Airlift Command, where he conducted many successful operations involving global deployments of mobile telecommunications equipment and personnel. He has held management positions in Production Control for Deutsch Electronics and served as Vice President of Marketing at G.R.Smith Corporation. He heads our disaster recovery planning efforts. His expertise includes strategic planning, security force deployment, and technical team formation.

Rear Admiral Gordon Smith (Ret.) contributes expertise in management, government contracting, planning, and financial strategies. He is accomplished in top-level management with several world-class high tech firms. He served as CEO for Lockheed Aircraft Service Company and Power Spectra, Seargent-Fletcher Company. During his military career, Admiral Smith served as Vice Commander of the Naval Electronic Systems Command, Program Manager for REWSON, and as Acting Director, Research & Advanced Technology, Special Assistant to the Director, Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Norm Stansell provides program management expertise in cell site development, site acquisition, and construction management for PCS deployment. He is highly skilled in the wireless communications industry, providing expertise in business development and project coordination. Mr. Stansell also provides services to wireless carriers in site design, tenant improvements, and civil engineering services. His expertise includes the full range of services necessary for complete end-to-end cellular design, construction, installation, and service. With AirTouch cellular, he was responsible for the construction of 170 cellular sites including towers, monopoles, buildings, shelters, cabinets, micro cells, tenant improvements, design, permitting, construction, and installation.

Bruce Redmon is an experienced professional in the wireless telecommunications industry. He also serves as president of JNB Telecom and specializes in providing turnkey services in the cellular industry. His qualifications include program management, site acquisition, design, engineering, permitting, pre-construction management, construction, equipment installation, and closeout for PCS deployment. His accomplishments include design and deployment of computer software for Cellular Digital Packet Data equipment and design of software for surveys and engineering of cell cites for CDMA deployment. His experience includes installation work on more that 250 cell sites, including systems engineering, analysis, and maintenance.
